Hearty beef and vegetable stew with some biscuits is a very delicious meal especially in those cold winter days. This is as simple as you can get when it comes to beef and vegetable stew but I just use brisket because after some slow cooking, it seems to taste very good.
Crockpot Beef and Vegetables Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs brisket meat, cut 1 inch thick
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups beef broth
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 stalk celery, sliced
2 carrots, sliced

First add the vegetables into the Crockpot followed by the meat. Place the flour, salt, and pepper over the beef and vegetables and pour in the beef broth. Stir the broth around a little and let cook on low for 10 hours till potatoes are meat are soft. Stir after finished cooking and serve.
