Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Tip
For a more festive look, combine both green and red bell peppers and garnish with some parsley. Ground beef can also be used as well for those who prefer it over pork.

Stuffed bell peppers are a very great way to spice up average meals. Because of unique containers, the meal has a nice touch and the recipe taste great as well. I cut the bell peppers in halves after being cooked and my kids love them.
Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Ingredients
6 large bell peppers
2 carrots finely sliced
2 celery finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb ground pork
Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Directions
Take the tops off the bell peppers and take out the core and seeds. Wash the inside and clean out all the bell peppers. Now in a medium bowl, mix the ground pork with the salt, pepper, soy sauce, celery, and carrots. Spoon and fill the bell peppers 3/4ths of the way full and place into the Crockpot. Add 3 tablespoons of water into the stoneware before cooking. Cook on a low setting for around 8 hours and let settle for 10 minutes before removing and serving.
