Crockpot Pork Loin Recipe

There is no better way to cook pork that with slow cooking. I love the Crockpot and this pork loin recipe makes the meat just break off like baked salmon. Very good meal.
Crockpot Pork Loin Recipe Ingredients
3 lbs boneless pork loin, tied
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz. fresh green beans
Crockpot Pork Loin Recipe Directions
First use salt and pepper and rub all over pork loin before tying up. Next in a small skillet, sauté the green beans for a few minutes using the olive oil and mix in the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the pork loin into the Crockpot and pour the olive oil and green beans over the pork loin. Cook on low for about 9 hours or until pork is well cooked. Now take out the pork loin and greenbeans and use the remaining liquid as sauce.
