Crockpot Asian Pork Roast Recipe Tip

Make sure that the marinade covers the whole pork loin and is allowed to seep through into the pork. This will make the pork roast taste much better.

Crockpot Asian Pork Roast Recipe

Submitted by: Josephine, CA

This Crockpot pork recipe adds the sweet taste of an Asian mix I discovered. After trying some wonton soup with the sweet pork, I asked around and found that the pork is made from a packaged mix available at most Asian grocery stores. It is a light, sweet taste that goes well with pork. The Crockpot really makes the taste a lot better and the pork soft enough to pull apart.

Crockpot Asian Pork Roast Recipe Ingredients

3 lbs boneless Pork Loin, tied
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 package Asian Sweet Pork mix

Crockpot Asian Pork Roast Recipe Directions

First, trim the pork loin of all excess fat. Next mix the soy sauce and the sweet pork mix together in a large bowl. Marinate the pork loin very well all over and let it marinade for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Finally place the pork loin into the Crockpot and cook on low for 10 to 11 hours until pork is well cooked. Pork should be soft and can be pulled apart very easy.
