Crockpot Quail Recipe

This is a simple quail recipe that makes a great appetizer for a dinner party. The quails are small enough to provide a decent starter and the crockpot makes it easy to cook them up.
Crockpot Quail Recipe Ingredients
8 quails cut in half
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 white wine
3 tsp dill
Crockpot Quail Recipe Directions
First season the quail halves and coat with flour. Brown the quail halves and set into the crockpot. Add the chicken broth, white wine, and dill into the crockpot over the quail halves and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve each quail halve to each person.
