The tendons are optional and can be taken out of the recipe entirely. Tendons provide an extra taste and texture to the meatballs which is why I add them.

Asian Meatball Recipe

This is a home made Asian meatball recipe that uses groud beef and tendons. Very easy to make and enjoy by themselves or adding to soups.
Crockpot Meatball Recipe Ingredients
1 packages lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white
1/4 lb beef tendons
Crockpot Meatball Recipe Directions
First boil the beef tendons till they become a little soft. Cut the tendons into small cubes. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, salt, and pepper together along with the egg whites and cut up beef tendons. Mix very well and then begin forming the meatballs. Add the meatballs to the crockpot and cook on low for about 6 hours and serve or store for future use.
